Assurances Maghrebia Vie finalizes its IPO

On 30 December 2022, Assurances Maghrebia Vie concluded its listing on the Tunis Stock Exchange (BVMT). The company's securities are now traded on the main market of the stock exchange.

The operation was carried out through a firm price offer (OPF) of 7 500 000 shares for a total amount of 45.6 million TND (14.5 million USD).

The underwriting period was successfully closed with an OPF underwritten at more than five times the offered quantity.

This introduction brings the number of companies listed on the BVMT to 82.
