Lotfi Ben Haj Kacem, new General Manager of COMAR Assurances

The Board of Directors of COMAR Assurances, met on 17 May 2023, appointed Lotfi Ben Haj Kacem as General Manager of the company. He succeeds Hakim Ben Yedder, who has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the company's Board.

L. Ben Haj Kacem holds a postgraduate degree in insurance from the Arab Maghreb Development Finance Institute (IFID). He joined the Tunisian insurance group in January 1990 where in 33 years of career he held several management positions.

Prior to his recent promotion, L. Ben Haj Kacem has served as Deputy Genenral Manager of COMAR Assurances since 2009 and General Manager of the Hayett Life and Capitalization subsidiary since 2017.

Other information, Slaheddine Ladjimi has been reappointed as COMAR's Board Chairman.
