Zitouna Takaful voted best "Customer Service of the year 2023"

Zitouna Takaful LogoZitouna Takaful has been elected "Best Customer Service" for the fourth consecutive year, in the Insurance category. It has received this label during the award ceremony of the Election of the Tunisian Customer Service (ESCDA 2023), held on 2 December 2022 in Tunis.

This award recognizes the company's approach to improving its omni-channel customer relations.

The ESCDA label was created in France in 2007, before going international, notably in Spain (2011), the UK (2014), Morocco (2017), Tunisia (2019) and Germany (2020).
