Oman Insurance completes the sale of its Turkish subsidiary

Oman Insurance, one of the leading insurance companies in the United Arab Emirates, has closed the deal to sell 100% of its Turkish subsidiary Dubai Sigorta to VHV Reasurans, the Turkish subsidiary of the German insurance group VHV.

This transaction is part of the Emirati insurer's strategy of transformation and simplification which aims at focusing the company's resources on its core markets and segments.

As a reminder, Dubai Sigorta has been operating non-life insurance activities in Turkey since 2008.
