Ahmad Noor Azhari Abdul Manaf, new President and CEO of Malaysian Re

Ahmad Noor Azhari Abdul Manaf has been promoted President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Malaysian Re. He is taking over from Zainudin Ishak whose term of office has come to an end. The appointment became effective on 1 April 2023.

A. Manaf joined the Malaysian group in 2016, where he has held several senior positions over the past seven years, most recently as Chief Underwriting Officer, covering the Asia, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and North America markets.

Prior to joining Malaysian Re, A. Manaf was Principal Officer of Kuwait Re's Far East Regional Office.
