Everest Re: 2022 results

Everest Re has ended the financial year 2022 with a 6.9% increase in its turnover. The premium amount went from 13.05 billion USD on 31 December 2021 to 13.952 billion USD one year later.

The Bermudan group's reinsurance activity has totaled 9.316 billion USD of premium income while the insurance segment has posted a turnover of 4.636 billion USD.

The annual net profit has dropped by 56.7% over a year to 597 million USD. The operating result has dropped from 1.153 billion USD in 2021 to 1.065 billion USD in 2022.
