ADNIC reports excellent results in 2010

ADNICAbu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC [4]) has achieved its premium growth target. The written premiums rose by 14.1% at 1.77 billion AED (481 million USD) in 2010. This good result was achieved by extending the range of products offered and by improving the distribution network.

The underwriting efforts, coupled with the support of agents and brokers, allowed to retain 92% of strategic customers.

The technical result reached 222 million AED (60 million USD). The risk retention rate risk has increased from 39.4% in 2009 to 41.1% in 2010.
