The 35th conference of the African Insurance Organisation Conference (AIO) held in Algiers from May 25 to 28, 2008 has been characterized by the great turnout with the presence of about a thousand attendees. AIO's next edition shall take place in 2009 in Dar Es Salam (Tanzania).
