Feb 2005 The Supreme Court has ruled in favour of the Insurance Commission rejecting the motions submitted by the sector's companies. The dispute pertained to the legitimacy of a conflict resolution committee between insurers and plaintiffs as regards motor accidents and the financial methods of the victims' compensation fund established on the basis of 1% from the insurance premium amount.
