Tahar Bala has been appointed general manager of l'Algérienne des Assurances (2A). A lawyer graduate and a marine expert, he has made his whole career in the sector where he has hold several portfolio respectively at MAATEC, CAAR, CAAT, and trust before reinstating 2A in April 2001.
