Mar 2013 New India Assurance has expanded its distribution network by opening 500 representation offices dedicated to microinsurance. Just one employee is assigned to each office, benefiting from training and facilities to enable him to issue all kinds of policies. Obtaining online services and increasing the number of agents across the country will further strengthen the network. Such investments in the distribution network take place after the company has adjusted its 2012 figures.
