Relying on the potential progression of the Saudi insurance market, Buruj Cooperative Insurance plans to raise 14 million USD on the stock market. Samer Kani, general manager , justifies the launch of the new company by the outlook of the Saudi economy, the poor insurance penetration rate and the new regulatory framework instituted in 2004.
