According to CIMA supervisors, the Niger company SNAR Leyma has failed to comply with the insurance code. The firm has reported a 1.3 billion FCFA (2.4 million SD) deficit in its solvency margin and in its regulated commitments coverage.
In 2001, the company's turnover was 2.118 billion FCFA (2.8 million USD) compared to 2.117 billion FCFA (3.4 millions USD) in 2002.*
