Dec 2004 The merger of RMA-WATANIYA, which will take effect on January 1, 2005 has resulted in several meetings during the course of recent months.
Both companies assemblies as well as the first RMA WATANIYA board of directors were held on November 30, 2004, and were followed by a meeting with all the shareholders and the main branch managers of the Groupe Finance Com.
To close this series of actions, a cocktail has been scheduled on December 8, 2004 to announce to customers, partners, opinion leaders and the press, the birth of RMA-WATANIYA, a company that stems from the merger of Royale Marocaine d'Assurances and Al WATANIYA.
