Feb 2006 Lloyd's has unveiled its three-year strategic plan entitled “Building the Optimal Platform” aimed at supporting growth for the London market which is faced with a fierce international competition. The plan's main objective is to improve Lloyd's competitiveness and to prevent the relocation of the business towards Bermuda's fortified spots whose fiscal regime is attracting more and more investors.
