The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) has drafted a document outlining working conditions for the foreign insurance companies that are authorized to open branches on the Saudi market. These companies are required to submit in writing their pledge to comply with the provisions of the document and to provide their feedback on it within a 60-day period.
