Premium rates may, therefore, increase in line with the insured's level of loss experience. This procedure is likely to exclude a number of insured having a high loss experience. The ministry of finance has launched a bid designed to calculate the impact of non-insurable profiles. This move is a mandatory step before the total tariff deregulation of the motor insurance.
