Compagnie Algérienne d'Assurance et de Réassurance (CAAR) and Mutuelle de l'Hydraulique have jointly organised a national seminar devoted to the insurance of water resources-related infrastructures. With a package of 12 billion USD investment, the water sector is undergoing a real economic boom in Algeria.
