In an effort to comply with the new regulations and to increase its capital, the company Standard Alliance Insurance is hoping to raise 4 billion NGN (31.2 million USD) in stock exchange. The company is also planning to merge with Standard Life Insurance Limited. In the light of these different moves, Standard Alliance Insurance will be endowed with a distribution network of 25 branches and 250 sales points throughout Nigeria.
