According to Andrew Lewis, CEO of One Re, 38 countries in Sub-saharian Africa have been identified and the reinsurer is seeking for a single partner in each one of them.
One Re has a capital of 50 million USD, but also the support of international groups such as the Lloyd's of London, Sirius International Insurance and Canopius Reinsurance, said A. Lewis.
