Nov 2014 According to digits published by the Directorate of insurance (DAPS) in its study about "the evolution of bancassurance activity in 2013", three companies are sharing 80.6% of the 641 million USD (-9% compared to 2012) collected by the sector in 2013.
On the podium, there are RMA Watanya (subsidiary of BMCE Bank), Wafa Assurance (subsidiary of Attijariwafa Bank) and MCMA (subsidiary of Banque Populaire), which have totalized respectively 36%, 33% and 11.6% of the bancassurance's premium income.
