Arab Orient Insurance Jordan reported an after tax net profit of 5 million JOD (7.08 million USD) in 2014, that is an increase of 23.1% compared to the previous year.
The non life insurer recorded a premium volume of 94.95 million JOD (134 million USD) in 2014 compared to 86 million JOD (122 million USD) a year earlier. These figures exceed the targets that the group had set.
Arab Orient Insurance has recently diversified its operations by signing a partnership deal with Aviva Gulf Solutions for the marketing of health insurance policies in Jordan.
