May 2015 Members of the extraordinary general meeting of AXA Assurances Algérie Dommage have decided to increase the capital of the company by 1.15 billion DZD (11.8 million USD).
Thanks to the issuance of 11 500 new ordinary shares with a nominal value of 100 000 DZD (1 022 USD) for each, the capital of AXA Assurances Algérie Dommage went from 2 billion DZD (20 million USD) to 3.15 billion DZD (32.2 million USD).
In accordance with the foreign investment code in Algeria, the capital increase will be carried out based on the 51/49% rule.
The shareholding will henceforth be allocated up to 36% for the Fonds National d’Investissement (FNI), 15% for the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie (BEA)and 49% for the AXA Group.
