According to a study by the Automobile Club Association (ACA), French motorists spent in 2014, 11% of their budgets on insuring their vehicles. This value remained unchanged compared to 2013.
The report also highlights an increase of 1.7% of the cost of insurance at a time when the number of accidents was declining.
