Al Ahlia Insurance has completed the purchase of a stake in Kuwait Re. The Kuwaiti insurer has acquired all the Warba Insurance [4] shares in the reinsurer, totalling 1.12 million KWD (3.71 million USD).
Al Ahlia Insurance has increased thereby its stakes in the reinsurer from 30% to 92%.
