Wafa Assurance has launched a new health insurance product called "Coup Dur". This is an international medical insurance plan specifically dedicated to companies with more than 200 employees. This offer guarantees the insured full coverage of hospital care and stay abroad with a maximum limit of 3 million MAD (0.3 million USD) in compensations per year and per person.
For an annual premium of 967 MAD (40 USD), the insured may receive medical coverage in France, Spain and Belgium, following a serious accident or one of the fifteen most burdensome and costly diseases.
Note that this cover is subject to the company's underwriting to a basic health insurance plan like the DIM (death, disability and disease) or the AMO scheme (mandatory health insurance).
