Digital risks among the biggest sources of concern for risk managers

The Allianz Group has published its fourth risk barometer. The survey, conducted among 500 risk managers in 47 countries, identifies a list of insurance risks that pose major concern to international groups.

Not surprisingly, the operating losses subsequent or not to an interruption of the supply chain, are at the top of the list for 46% of managers followed by natural catastrophes (30%), fire and explosion risks (27%) and changes in legislation (18%).

Cyber risks rank fifth with 17% of respondents.

This type of risk, significantly increasing over the last two years, tops even the list of fears in Germany, the United States and Great Britain.
