Within the process of its assets transfer disposition, AIG has announced the sale of its life insurance subsidiary in Canada to the financial group BMO. AIG has also finalized the sale of its subsidiary HSB to the German reinsurer Munich Re. The move's total cost amounts to 1 billion USD.
