AXA gives up some of its activities in the UK

Axa is planning to sell its life & savings and retirement business in the United Kingdom to the British insurer Standard Life. The AXA UK activities in non life insurance, health and asset management are not included in the transaction.

The transaction amounting to 830 million EUR (958 million USD) is expected to be finalized in the second half of 2016.
