The Brexit has created a climate of uncertainty which is scaring the European and global financial markets. In this turmoil, the Bank of France affirmed that the country's finance and insurance sectors are doing well.
According to the bank, the performance and equity funds of the French insurance companies have remained solid.
The institution is comforted by the stability of the Euro and would even be wiling to intervene with the European Central Bank (ECB) in case of liquidity crisis in euros and foreign currencies.
