The majority shareholder of Hannover Re confirms its commitment to the UK market

Talanx, majority shareholder of German reinsurer Hannover Re, reaffirms its commitment to the UK market.

According to Immo Querner, CEO of Talanx, the decision of the UK to leave the European Union (Brexit) should have no impact on the activities of the companies’ branches in the region.

In 2015, Talanx achieved 9% of its total turnover in the UK. Recently, HDI Global, a subsidiary specialized in industrial insurance has set up an office in Glasgow, Scotland.
