Capital increase for COTUNACE

The Compagnie Tunisienne pour l'Assurance du Commerce Extérieur (COTUNACE) is increasing its capital by 5 million TND (2 million USD), from 21.5 million TND (8.9 million USD) to 26.5 million TND (11 million USD).

This announcement was made during the last extraordinary general meeting of the company. The capital increase will be carried out by incorporation of reserves.
As a reminder, the Tunisian credit insurer achieved a turnover of 11.127 million TND (4.855 million USD) in 2016.
