The Saudi supervisory authorities shall soon stage a campaign designed to counter non-insurance, a scourge that has affected nearly 46% of the country’s motor fleet. Fines worth 150 SAR (40 USD) will be levied against drivers in case of non-insurance.
Announced on the sideline of the fourth Saudi insurance seminar, these measures will also include an increased charge for motorists who fail to comply with traffic regulations.
