AMI Assurances has increased its capital by 4 627 196 TND (1 932 826 USD), from 18 508 774 TND (7 731 304 USD) to 23 135 980 TND (9 664 130 USD).
The announcement of the recapitalization was made at the last company's extraordinary general meeting.
This capital increase will be achieved via the incorporation of part of the reserves and premiums linked to the capital.
