Nov 2017 After several months of negotiations, the board of directors of the American health insurer Aetna has approved its acquisition by the chain of pharmacies CVS Health.
The 69-billion-USD transaction (77 billion USD, including Aetna's debt) is believed to be the largest M & A transaction in the United States in 2017.
