By December 2017, Abu Dhabi National Takaful reported net profits worth 59 million AED (16 million USD), up by 22% in comparison with the 48.4 million AED (13 million USD) reported in 2016. This is the eighth consecutive growth of the results.
The turnover is in line with the same rising trend getting set at 373.8 million AED (101.7 million USD) whereas in 2016 it amounted to 320.8 million AED (87.3 million USD). These results were approved by the company’s ordinary general assembly held on April 9, 2018. It is noteworthy that Abu Dhabi National Takaful was designated “Takaful Enterprise of the year” during the Middle East Insurance Industry Awards (MIIA) in 2017. The company was also rewarded with an, “A-“ financial soundness rating granted by A.M. Best.
