Cyber risks plans proposed by Iranian insurers shall be submitted for approval by the Central Insurance of Iran before being marketed.
This recently-announced measure has been designed to verify the premium level in relation to the risks incurred. It comes following a large-scale cyber attack [4] that happened in April 2018 and which affected more than 3500 information and communication units in the country.
