Growth of the cyber-risk market in the United States

According to Aon Broker's "Cyber Market Update" report, the US cyber-risk market reported an increase of 37% to 1.84 billion USD in 2017.

The number of insurers offering this type of guarantee increased from 140 in 2016 to 170 twelve months later. The top ten players accounted for 69% of the market premiums compared to 73% in 2016.

The average cost of cyber-attacks [4] has finally decreased by 60%, going from 91 000 USD in 2016 to 57 000 USD in 2017.
