The international subsidiaries attached to this unit will be grouped under the "global customers-North America" division headed by Peter Röder. Those operating in Europe will be part of the Europe-Latin America division led by Doris Höpke.
The reinsurance business in Germany will move from the "Germany, Asia-Pacific, Africa" division to the "Europe-Latin America" division.
