SCOR, results for the first half of 2018

SCOR has published its results as of June 30, 2018. The French reinsurer posted a net profit of 262 million EUR (305.17 million USD) in the first half of 2018, a profit that had been 292 million EUR (333.15 million USD) twelve months earlier.

As for the turnover, it amounted to 7.537 billion EUR (8.779 billion USD), up by 0.2% compared to 7.523 billion EUR (8.58 billion USD) recorded in the same period of 2017.

Shareholders' equity amounted to 6.048 billion EUR (7.045 billion USD) against 6.406 billion EUR (7.309 billion USD) at the end of June 2017.
