A.M. Best confirms the "B+" financial strength and "bbb-" long-term credit rating of Compagnie Centrale de RĂ©assurance (CCR Algeria) with a stable outlook. This rating expresses the strength of the CCR's balance sheet as well as its excellent capitalization.
Over the past five years, the Algerian reinsurer has recorded a 45% growth in gross written premiums. During the same period, the loss ratio has been 79.1% with a return on equity (ROE) of 10.1%. These good results are indicators of a strong operational performance, solid technical profitability and stable investment returns.
