Allianz to set up earthquake lab in Turkey

AllianzIn October,2019, Allianz plans to open an accredited earthquake laboratory in Turkey. It will be established at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul and will provide professional earthquake and fire risk consultancy services.

Allianz also aims at setting up a school system which is based on fire and earthquake simulations and which shall soon be accessible to the pupils.

In Turkey, Allianz Insurance and Allianz Life and Pension have generated 1.8 billion USD in 2018. They made a profit of 169 million USD during the previous year.
