Saham Assurance Niger has increased its share capital by 2.3 billion FCFA (3.97 million USD), from 1 billion FCFA (1.72 million USD) to 3.3 billion FCFA (5.69 million USD).
This increase follows the CIMA's directives to raise the minimum capital of its insurance companies to 3 billion FCFA (5.17 million USD). This capital would reach 5 billion FCFA (8.62 million USD) in the next two years.
