The 41st Ordinary General Assembly of the African Reinsurance Corporation (Africa Re) will be held in Tunis on 17 June 2019. This is the second time that Tunisia hosts such an event.
Several participants, including 200 shareholders from 41 countries, will attend this meeting jointly organised by the general insurance committee (CGA) and the Société Tunisienne de Réassurance (Tunis Re).
The meeting will be an opportunity for Africa Re's managers to take stock of the company's activity in 2018 and to highlight its development perspectives.
The number one African reinsurer achieved a turnover of 746.8 million USD in 2017 for a net profit of 87.9 million USD. Its headquarters are located in Lagos, Nigeria.
