The Allianz Group has increased the share capital [4] of its subsidiaries located in Cameroon (life insurance), Congo (non-life insurance insurance) and Senegal (life and non-life insurance).
The objective is to comply with the CIMA regulation, which requires, henceforth, a minimum capital of 3 billion FCFA (5.17 million USD) to be able to operate as an insurer
