In less than two minutes, the prospect can obtain a tailor-made insurance offer by taking into account a multitude of variables (date of construction of the house, tilt of the roof, potentially dangerous trees, etc.). A risk study specific to insured housing is also provided (nature of the land, risk of floods, industrial environment, risk of theft, etc.).
Luko’s platform simplifies and speeds up the procedure for underwriting an insurance policy. The latter can be finalised using five questions instead of the 50 or so included in the conventional subscription model.
