Nomination of members to the new board of directors

After having raised its capital from 150 to 200 million USD and formed itself into a holding controlling two distinct entities, the group Solidarity has proceeded to the nomination of the members to its new board of directors which will be chaired by Khalid Abdullah Janchi. In 2007, Solidarity has reported 7 million USD of net profits, that is, a 31% rise in comparison with 2006.
