CAAR: the mobile payment soon available

CAARCustomers of the Compagnie Algérienne d’Assurance et de Réassurance (CAAR) will soon be able to purchase their insurance contracts remotely thanks to the "m-payment" or "mobile-payment" service.

This project will allow bank card holders to afford the insurance policy of their choice using a smartphone, tablet or PC.

Algeria has nearly 25 million Internet users, hence the importance of this channel to get closer to potential customers who do not have time to move to traditional outlets. As a reminder, CAAR has been offering two insurance products online since 2017: a comprehensive homeowner's insurance and a natural disasters one.
