CIF Assurances-Vie is a new Togolese life insurance company, which was founded upon a savings and credit mutual (FUCEC-Togo). The newly established firm has a share capital of 5 billion FCFA (8.5 million USD) 4 billion of which are entirely paid up.
CIF Assurances-Vie provides credit insurance, pension, education annuities and micro-insurance products. The Togolese insurer's target includes informal workers, high school and university students.
According to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Essossimanadada Dadanema, CIF Assurances-Vie will provide coverage for farmers in the long term.
