Marie-Laure Mazaud and Magali Noé to join the Board of Directors of Wafa Assurance

Wafa AssuranceMarie-Laure Mazaud and Magali Noé are appointed independent directors of Wafa Assurance for a 6-year term.

Marie-Laure Mazaud has a large financial experience acquired with major institutions including Crédit Lyonnais, Citigroup, Coface and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC). Currently, she manages a holding company dedicated to equity investments in infrastructure and energy.

M.L Mazaud is also appointed chairman of the audit committee of the Moroccan insurance company. Meanwhile, Magali Noé is an actuary by training and has a diversified experience in the insurance industry. She has held the position of Chief Digital Officer within the CNP Assurances group for the past five years.

M. Noé is also the Chairman of the digital committee of Wafa Assurance.
